LED防爆燈具生產廠家工藝要求

對于隔爆型燈具,隔爆外殼是這類隔爆型防爆電氣設備的關鍵部件,所以隔爆外殼必須符合一般要求和隔爆性能的特殊要求。
 
1.一般要求
隔爆型燈具是一種特殊的燈具,防爆泛光燈必須符合普通燈具的通用要求。
1.1 燈具的外殼造型力求美觀大方,結構緊湊可靠,輕便且工藝性要好。
1.2 要求有足夠的容積用來放置燈座、燈泡、反射器、接線柱等電氣元件和燈具配件,同時要考慮布局的合理性,便于安裝、更換光源等使用和維修。
1.3 要有一定表面積的透明部分,以使燈具內部光源的光通量通過反射部件有效地投射出來。
1.4 要綜合考慮散熱、防塵、防水和防腐等措施,在結構上給予充分的保證。
1.5 在適當的位置,合理地布置內外接地,并有相應的性接地標志。 
2.特殊要求
隔爆外殼國家防爆標準要求能承受內部爆炸性氣體混合物的爆炸壓力,并阻止內部的爆炸火焰向外殼周圍爆炸性混合物傳播;防爆泛光燈要滿足這—性能,就必須具體考慮如下特殊要求:
2.1 耐爆性能。要求燈具外殼有足夠的強度和剛度來承受燈具內腔可能引起的爆炸壓力,因此要選擇適當的材質和壁厚,組成*佳的立體幾何形狀分布,這種腔體結構, 既要美觀大方,又要盡可能地避免形體變化過大所造成的應力不均,以便確保*終能夠通過GB3836.2規定的動態強度試驗。
2.2 隔爆功能。燈具的隔爆外殼在設計時就必須嚴格按照GB3836.2的規定選用適當的隔爆接合面結構參數、引入裝置的方式,透明件與燈體部件的密封結構形 式、隔爆接合面的粗糙度,隔爆螺紋的精度等,以便有效地阻止內部爆炸火焰向外殼周圍爆炸性混合物傳播,*終通過GB3836.2規定的隔爆性能試驗。
2.3 燈具的隔爆外殼,多數是由2個或多個連通空腔組成,往往很容易產生壓力重疊現象,一般來說,防爆泛光燈這將會造成爆炸壓力異常急劇上升而超過預計的*大壓 力。為此應盡量增大聯通孔面積,使外殼內部的形狀能消除壓力重疊現象。如果實際不能消除壓力重疊現象,則應在腔與腔之間采取隔爆措施,消除壓力重疊。
2.4 對于ⅡC的隔爆型燈具,GB3836.2嚴格規定不應采用爆炸時隔爆間隙趨向增大的平面隔爆接合面,為此,目前我國的隔爆型ⅡC防爆燈具大多數采用隔爆螺紋的結構形式,以便燈具更換光源或維修時燈具腔體能順利開啟。
